When it comes to Batman’s universe, Nightwing has always been a favorite on the hero side and Bane on the villain side. Here is my Nightwing and Bane action figure collection with a Nightwing Pop! figure thrown in for good measure.
Don’t forget to like and subscribe. Your subscription will help me make books and comics.
Part of the toy collection that surrounds me in my studio is my Superman action figure collection. I collect Superman across various toylines where he’s wearing his iconic suit. I shot this little video showcasing the collection. (And when I say on the blog and in my newsletter I work in a bunker, as you can see, I work in a bunker! No smoke blowing here.)
Superman: Man of Steel 1995 Toy (Action Figure) Collection Showcase.
I’ve always been a collector of various things so shot this video for you showcasing my Superman: Man of Steel toy collection that lines the walls of my studio with my other figures. There’s something about having all those figures side by side on display that gets me excited and strikes inspiration.

Patreon has been a lot of fun since the get-go. There was a learning curve–just like for all things–but we’ve settled into a groove. And while true there will be new tiers as the year goes on, the current tier structure of Serialized Novels, Essays, Behind the Scenes, and the Gold Standard is working out just fine.
And I want you to be a part of the journey.
Here are some index-like stats and summaries to let you know what’s presently on the page:
Serialized Novels ($1 a month)
Presently airing is Gigantigator Death Machine. The majority of the book is uploaded with a new chapter posting every two weeks. Lots already there for this story about a group of young adults wanting a simple beer-fest getaway with friends that quickly turns into a race for their lives against a giant, bloodthirsty alligator. This is pure creature feature B-horror with all the fun and guts B-horror is known for.

This tier gives you access to the serial novel as well as essays focusing on the creative arts industry.

The books and comics that I’m drawing from are available for viewing in my Book and Comic Shop. Take a look to get an idea as to what to expect in your mailbox.
Lastly, as regular content for all the tiers, not only do you receive whatever items from the tier you choose, I also post patron-only blog posts and reveals, video content, and messages for special occassions.
Thank you. Hope you enjoyed this little rundown of what’s presently available on my Patreon page and, of course, more content will be added as February rolls along. Hope you join me and my other patrons for more intrigue, information, entertainment, and fun as we head further into 2020.
Please join myself and my other patrons on Patreon by going here.
For further reading, here is a blog post from about a month after being on the Patreon platform and my thoughts thereof.
Yesterday, I spent most of the day doing Project Media stuff and some freelancing. This led to me uploading a new video to YouTube showcasing my playing card collection. I had a similar video on my old channel but that video is long gone so I present to you a new and up-to-date video showing all the card decks in my collection.
This note is being transmitted at 2:09 am. Having a bit of trouble sleeping so thought it best to write this via the smartphone and then do a short bit of smartphone writng afterward to help me fall asleep.
I wanted to let you know of two guaranteed releases from me in 2017. I know these are guaranteed because they are being written simultaneously week to week right now. They’ll be ready to publish around June or July.

Hobson, Rich Ristow, Lester Smith, Steve Vernon, Zed Zefram, Zombie Zak and many others, Vicious Verses and Reanimated Rhymes will not only melt your brain . . . it’ll tear out your jugular!
Rizzo: Year One
by Chris Riseley and Sean Simmans 5 out of 5
What do you get when you team up a struggling writer and an artist who wears a dinosaur costume all day long? You get Rizzo, a hilarious collection of the syndicated comic strip.
Rizzo, the character, writes. W. Bill Czolgosz, the character, draws, and these strips follow them on their adventure of trying to make their mark in a world that doesn’t appreciate them or their “art.”
The gags are brief, about 3-4 panels long, and you find yourself laughing out loud for most of them and laughing on the inside for all of them.
This humor, part simple silliness and part commentary, is smart, witty and, to a degree, “observational” ala Seinfeld.
Rizzo burst onto the scene a few years back and appears in many newspapers across the country.
This book is a “best of” collection, chosen from over 900 strips. (There are about 300 strips in the book.)
Running weekly from May 2014 to May 2015, The Canister X Transmission was sent via email to readers worldwide.
Serving as a source of inspiration for writers and artists everywhere, its impact was made known by the replies sent to A.P. Fuchs’s inbox week-to-week.
The newsletter covered four main topics:
The Creative Thought of the Week, in which Fuchs added his two cents on the ups and downs of being a writer, staying motivated, advice and encouragement, and other topics that were part and parcel of making up stories for a living.
Work Updates, in which readers were informed of works-in-progress and where what stood on the publishing schedule.
Fanboy News, in which was relayed something of interest from the world of pop culture.
Marketing/Publishing Tip of the Week, in which ideas and strategies were conveyed to further one’s reach with their books and comics, and were also advised of some of the traps to avoid.
Exclusive to this collection is a special Issue Zero newsletter unavailable anywhere else.
