vLog – The Lord of the Rings vs The Dark Tower (Hollywood, Listen Up!)

On this day of Festivus, my head wandered into Stephen King territory and I started thinking about how a proper adaption of THE DARK TOWER series has not yet been done. There’s been talks for years but, ultimately, fans have never received the entire series in film. In this video I compare THE LORD OF THE RINGS to THE DARK TOWER in terms of an opinionated approach as to how to tackle such an immense project. It all comes down to one word . . . which you’ll have to watch to find out. (I’m the worst, I know.)

Ultimately, however, I do think we owe Stephen King some gratitude after all he’s done for the literary world and pop culture in general.

Interview with Travis Bruce’s Horror-Realm YouTube Channel

On Saturday night, Travis Bruce interviewed me for his YouTube channel in which he does indie creator spotlights. And he’s done a lot of them. It was a lot of fun being on the show and we talked superheroes and monsters and posed questions to each other about various superhero vs monster scenarios. We also talked GIGANTI-GATOR DEATH MACHINE, the METAHUMANS vs monsters series, and some AXIOM-MAN stuff.

Up and Running on Instagram

After a bit of thought, I decided to open an Instagram account, which you can access here or via the camera icon on the right.

Photography’s an interesting medium and one that, if used correctly, is fun to follow and learn from.

Currently, my plan for my feed will consist of writing-related items, book stuff, comic stuff and perhaps some pop culture items.

Already got one pic up as a test.

Fanboy News, in which was relayed something of interest from the world of pop culture.

Marketing/Publishing Tip of the Week, in which ideas and strategies were conveyed to further one’s reach with their books and comics, and were also advised of some of the traps to avoid.
