A.P. FUCHS - THE REALM OF HEROES AND MONSTERS
Writer, Artist, Creator, Nerd
I’m a huge fan of Max West’s Sunnyville Stories, which are slice-of-life tales of anthropomorphic animals in a small town. He releases the comics issue by issue then, when he has enough, collects them into trade paperbacks. Presently, there are two trade paperbacks: Sunnyville Stories Vol. 1 and Sunnyville Stories Vol. 2. They are available both in print and eBook.
Here’s a recent ad for the series.

Sounds interesting. What makes it “refreshingly new?”
I find it doesn’t follow standard comic book conventions and carries with it a lot of heart, something that’s absent from most mainstream comics today.
