A Rising Army.
The Devil.
War.
The forces of Good and Evil are gathering, each side preparing themselves for what could be their last confrontation because the commander of the armies of darkness has arrived on Earth—the devil himself.
Overwhelmed after witnessing the manifestation of Heaven’s fallen angel, Lucifer, Billie is assigned two final tasks before the big battle. These assignments take her across the world where she meets two German brothers who prove to be tremendous allies as she goes to recruit brave men and women for humanity’s last stand, and the strange supernatural tool required to finally set all things right.
Back in the city, Joe and Tracy have to lean on each other and learn that a world full of zombies with Hell’s army at the door isn’t a time to keep secrets and risk the lives of others to keep them safe. The two go head-to-head as they struggle to survive what they discover are the last days of the zombie invasion and the powerful supernatural forces behind it.
This final installment in the Undead World Trilogy is a wild adventure through a post-apocalyptic world that takes the reader to the very gates of Hell for one last strike against an enemy that has destroyed a planet. |

Just finished crunching my numbers for my personal book sales in 2011. I set out at the beginning of last year with a 5000-book goal. The Lord’s blessed me with more than that. Last year, I sold over 5850 Fuchs books and comics!
Amazing, especially since in 2010 I sold 1889 books and comics, so that’s, what, a roughly 300% increase? Truly blessed and thankful.
In this day and age when reading is on the decline and most folks would rather watch TV or play video games, to sell nearly 6000 books in a year for a single author/artist is very special. You readers are great, Jesus is great, and fandom is great.
In last year’s post, I mentioned 2011′s 5000-book goal, so to do the same this year, let’s see if we can hit 8000 books for 2012. Anything you can do to help me reach that goal would be sincerely appreciated. Nearly all my books are less than $5 on Kindle, and paperbacks range from $7-15. Comics are at $2.50-$3.00. Nothing to break the bank.
But I also want to repay you readers on a regular basis and offer stuff for free, so right now the first book in my paranormal romance vampire series, Blood of my World–Discovery of Death–is free on Kindle, Nook and Smashwords. Also, here on this blog I have a serial post-apocalyptic zombie love story called Zomtropolis, which I recommend for those looking for a different take on the undead than what’s usually offerered on bookstore shelves.
So once again, thank you for such a great year in books and comics.
Blessings,
A.P. Fuchs

I hope you all have an amazing day with family, friends and loved ones.
And if you’re alone this Christmas, or this time of year is difficult for you for any reason, remember that Christmas celebrates the One who came to Earth to connect with you and be with you. All you need to do is reach out and believe. Jesus’ll take care of the rest.
Merry Christmas.

Most people know I’m a Christian, based on some of the stuff I post here. Given the craziness of the world these days, this needs to be posted.
If you didn’t make it to church this morning (Sun.), then I want to share this video of where this world is shortly headed. Our present day news verifies what the Bible told us would happen in the last days.
We are there.
Thanks, and God bless.
If you’re not sure if you’re ready, then go here. Just take thirty seconds and secure your eternity now before the above comes to pass.
Hope you do.

My supernatural thriller novellete, Undeniable, went live as an eBook-only download on Amazon Kindle, the Nook, Fictionwise, Smashwords, etc. back in December 2010.
It’s a fantastic story, one that I’m really proud of, but one thing that I felt needed work was the cover. Not that the art was bad, but my personal artwork falls more into the realm of comic book and sequential art rather than standard book cover art.
So . . . as things would have it, this month I was fortunate to acquire a piece of artwork that fit perfectly with Undeniable‘s hardcore and martyrdom-based setting, and so used it as the new cover with new lettering.
It is posted below, and by clicking in on it you’ll be taken to the book’s Amazon page, where you can download it for less than $3. The new cover art will update at the other e-outlets soon. Just waiting for the computers to do their thing.
Here’s what Undeniable is about:
When Duncan and his son Kyle are arrested for their faith, they are subjected to bloody and horrific torture that brings them to sanity’s edge and death’s door.
Physically broken and emotionally spent, the real threat is if they will finally break spiritually.
His eyes removed by his tormentors, Duncan is blind, and it’s only when he asks God to see again is it revealed to him what is really going on beyond the natural realm.
Amidst all the blood, the pain, and the hissing of demons, will Duncan break, or will he prove that Jesus is Undeniable?
Recommended for fans of Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker.

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and between that and Christmas day we celebrate the birth of Christ.
I’m a Christian, and though I write and publish darker material, most of my work has a Christian theme running throughout it, whether mildly or overtly.
A few years ago I was commissioned to write a story of Biblical speculative fiction for the anthology, Light at the Edge of Darkness. I did, and Undeniable was the result.
Now I am releasing this novella-length work as an eBook for the Kindle and/or other eReading device of your choice. If you don’t have one, you can download the Free Kindle app for your PC, iPhone, Blackberry, Android and more here.
And please don’t let the fact that it’s Christian fiction scare you. This is not rainbows and flowers, nor is it pulpit-preaching Christian fiction.
This is a story about a man willing to die for what he believes in, a story of angels and demons, a story of terror.
Thanks, Merry Christmas, and God bless you.

Comment:
To be honest, I’m not happy with the current vampire era. They’re too nice, too sparkly and too “kid friendly.”A lot of people might boo me off the stage for thinking so, but vampires are monsters, not friends. Sure, they might appear friendly at first to gain your trust, but in the end, your neck is their dinner.

Sex scenes are a funny beast, both in that they can be a challenge to write well and, frankly, they use “funny” words to describe what’s going on.Personally, it’s been a long while since I’ve written one. Before, it was about being graphic and saying what body part did what. Then I grew up, and instead of throwing what were basically porn scenes into my fiction, I more so just suggested what two characters did/would do. There’s something more tantalizing about that and more intimate.
I like your idea about crisscrossing between thoughts and emotions. That’s what sex is like, anyway, when your “making love” and not just, well, you know.

I’ve heard my fair share of ghost stories. My wife has dealt with them firsthand, with one account of her calling out for Jesus during one of the encounters and the ghost promptly leaving her alone. There was another haunting in my extended family, of which someone was haunted by the wendigo spirit, even tormented. This spirit was promptly dealt with through Christ’s Name.
Yes, most definitely there is an unseen world beyond our senses. I’m just thankful my King rules over it otherwise we’d all be in big trouble.

Angels.
Demons.
Giant Zombies.
Things have changed.
Ever since returning through the Storm of Skulls to the present day, Joe, Billie and August have discovered the world they now inhabit, is not the world they left behind.
The zombie threat has evolved to gargantuan proportions. Now aided by giant undead—massive monsters with phenomenal strength and power, with deadly appetites just as vast—the zombie population moves to devour any and all life.Separated from his friends, Joe learns that not all hope is lost for humanity when he meets, Tracy, a woman who exudes a strength to rival his own. Tracy brings him to the Hub, an underground sanctuary where life continues in a dead world, but his thoughts linger on his missing friends.
August and Billie have problems of their own, and soon learn the same plight that affected a past friend of theirs now affects many: zombies with shapeshifting capability. Now, anyone is suspect. Yet even with this newfound knowledge, more is heaped upon them when the agenda of the undead is revealed and humanity is the one caught in the crossfire.
A war is raging, one between angels and demons, monsters and man.
And it’s only escalating.

The Passion of the Christ (2004)
Review by A.P. Fuchs5 out of 5
The Man would make history. His life, death and resurrection would rock the world and challenge every man, woman and child for generations to come. His existence had been foretold since the beginning of Time. He would save the world from their sins. He would turn aside the wrath of Almighty God from all those who believed in His name and lived for Him.
His name is Jesus Christ. Today, He’s alive.
But the world killed Him when He came because it did not know Him.
Mel Gibson’s controversial film about the final 12 hours of the life of Jesus of Nazareth has been met with one of two responses: extreme love or extreme hate. I have yet to meet anyone who was 50/50 about the film.
This reviewer loved the film. I try to make it an annual event to watch it as a personal reminder of what Jesus Christ did for me nearly 2000 years ago.
Jim (James) Caviezel’s portrayal of Jesus of Nazareth is one filled with love, serenity and, yes, passion. You can see the love of Jesus for all people in his eyes when he speaks. You can see the hurt when he is treated unjustly. If Jim Caviezel did so awesome a job portraying Jesus, one can only imagine the Lord’s expression when the events in this film actually happened a couple millennia ago.
Based on the Gospels and Roman and Jewish history, Mel Gibson has crafted a well-executed account on what Jesus Christ went through on our behalf.
Many complain the film is nothing but sheer gore. Yes, it is bloody, but if you look into Roman history and discovered what Roman scourging and crucifixion entailed, you’d find Gibson’s film is bang on. He also made the right choice to display what happened how it happened instead of just putting a few scratch marks on Jesus and a robe splashed with red paint like other films have done. By seeing Jesus murdered as He was, the audience feels the impact of that day long ago. It forces them to pause and reflect.
This film serves as a reminder for believers in Jesus, and serves, hopefully, as a touching account of the ultimate sacrifice from the ultimate Love to those who don’t believe.
It would take a terribly cold heart to not be moved by this film.
Very recommended.
