One week to go.

In keeping up with posting trailers this week, I saw a crummy version of this on the weekend, one which recapped each season of Smallville then showed a teaser for the tenth and final season of the show. Then my good friend Doug passed me a link today with the Season 10 teaser in higher res. It’s still a “live” recording, but way, way better than what I saw. And now I want to share it with you as Smallville is one of my favorite shows. I’ve seen every episode every week without fail except for, like, 2 of them, ever since the show aired back in 2001. I did miss the first few of Season 2 and had to watch them online due to my folks at the time not having the right station when the show changed channels and times.
Anyway, rambling.
Here it is, Smallville Season 10 the teaser from San Diego Comic Con.

I just cannot believe how amazing this looks.
And, you know, even if a Justice League live-action movie never gets off the ground, I’d completely settle for a JLA movie done in CGI if it looks anything like this DCU Online trailer.
So crazy good.

This is fanmade, and is easily the best Smallville fanmade trailers I’ve seen. It’d be for the opening credits to Season 10.
Got this fanboy going.

From DC Comics comes something really cool.
This looks pretty wicked sweet, if you ask me.

Here’s a clip from the upcoming animated DC Entertainment movie, Batman: Under the Red Hood.

I’m a fan of the original series from the ’60s. When I heard they were doing a feature, I hoped it was the ’60s show just updated for 2011.
Seems I’m getting a healthy dose of camp instead.
However, I’m willing to give that the benefit of the doubt because since this is a Seth Rogen film, perhaps the studio strung together all the funny bits just so they could market it as a Seth Rogen film.
Then again, maybe my habit of believing in the best of people will come back and bite me on this one.

These trailers just showed up online. Both of them look good, and with Smallville’s upcoming 10th season most likely being its last year, I’m going to need some more superhero goodness to help fill the hours.

ABC’s No Ordinary Family:

First Spider-Man and now this.
I got the fanboy chills all over.
